How to connect the hearing aid to a Cisco IP phone?

Cisco IP phones (7940, 7960 etc) are hearing-aid-compatible handset (meets American Disabilities Act [ADA] requirements) and HAC compliance for magnetic coupling to approved HAC hearing aids.

This is how the hearing aid should be connected to the hearing aid.
